We are looking for a Head of Marketing to join our team. You will be working on a strategic and hands on level to increase brand cohesiveness and brand awareness. You will be reporting into the CEO and work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing plans that align with business objectives, target market needs and industry trends, to create a world-class marketing function.

Responsibilities

  • Create cohesive brand message internally and externally across various marketing channels, including our websites, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Create written and video content for internal and external communications.
  • Organise and attend industry related events.
  • Strategise and implement organic and paid digital campaigns.
  • Responsible for lead generation for clients and candidates, including generating sales collateral.
  • Establish strong relationships with internal senior stakeholders to foster a strong collaborative relationship between sales and marketing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in driving projects.
  • Establish relationships with external agencies on an ad hoc basis.
  • Determine the marketing budget required to reach marketing goals.
  • Analyse data to optimise and measure effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Manage a Team of two.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B and B2C marketing.
  • A track record of scaling a marketing department and collaborating with sales teams.
  • A generalist, proactive and “can do” approach to marketing.
  • Deep understanding of marketing strategies, tactics, and best practices across various channels, including digital, content, and event marketing.
  • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics tools to track, measure, and optimize campaign performance.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute marketing plans that align with business objectives and market dynamics.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
