The Opus Recruitment Academy is a four-week, on-the-job, paid training programme composed of cross-team mentoring sessions, award-winning learning and development, and a buddy who is on-hand at every stage, from the run-up to your first few weeks.
This programme will give you the tools and knowledge you’ll need to flourish as a Recruitment Consultant. Upon graduating from the programme, you will join a fast-paced dynamic tech or energy team as a Recruitment Consultant, with an excellent earning potential of £30 – £45K. Open to all applicants – we hire for potential, not based on education or past experience.

This is totally optional, and you can take as many or as few of these modules as you like!
Once integrated into your tech or energy specialist team, you will continue on the Opus Evolve, Explore, Excel programme. This bespoke programme is tailored for you throughout your Opus Career.
