Energetically Opus

Opus was founded in Bristol in 2008 by entrepreneur and founder, Darren Ryemill. The company originally started off with just 4 employees, and has since grown to a 250+ team working across 8 offices in the UK, Europe, US, and Australia. From Dallas to Sydney to Amsterdam, the opportunities at Opus are endless… We are proud to say that more than 20% of our staff have worked in more than one office.

Our US Offices

New York, Tampa, Dallas & Austin

We have 4 offices in the US – our New York office which opened in 2015, our Tampa and Dallas offices which opened in 2020 and our newly launched Austin office, which opened in 2021. All offices benefit from a city centre location, fantastic amenities, and a great working culture!

From colleagues who are there for you at your time of need, to regular team socials, and company-wide charity events such as bake-offs and Tough Mudder. Within our New York office, you will find our technology recruitment teams and our US-based JD Ross energy recruitment teams. The We Work office benefits from bike storage, wellness rooms, stocked kitchens, and more. There’s a great culture in our New York office, with the team’s regular calendar of social events. Lunch clubs here are a whole new level, with teams dining at Peter Luger Steakhouse, Scarpetta, Catch NYC, and more…

Our newly launched Tampa office and Dallas office are also based in central We Work and Cue offices. Our Tampa office benefits from an on-site fitness centre, showers, bike storage, and stocked kitchens. With a regular calendar of social activities, incentive drivers, fitness challenges, and more, there’s always something going on.

HQ & Remote Work

Opus is remote-friendly. We’re currently able to support employees based in New York, Texas, Sydney, Amsterdam, Florida, Manchester, Bristol, and London. If you live in, or are willing to move to, any of these locations, we look forward to your application! If there is a required or preferred location for an open role, it will be listed in the job description.

Though many of us look forward to returning to our respective headquarters, we’re doubling down on remote friendliness during the COVID-19 crisis and beyond. Be it through work-from-home expenses, childcare expenses, remote social events, or increased flexibility in working hours, Opus is dedicated to keeping our team connected and supported.
