We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Principal Recruitment Consultant to join our New York offices. We are looking for someone who is passionate about driving results, fostering a collaborative team culture, and making a significant impact in the recruitment industry. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of the business, driving growth, and fostering a positive and high-performance team culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic partner to clients, providing recruitment expertise and delivering tailored talent solutions in the US energy market.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet the client’s needs.
- Stay informed about industry trends and implement best practices to enhance the team’s effectiveness.
- Facilitate salary negotiations and manage the offer process to ensure successful placements.
- Inspire and foster a collaborative and results-driven culture.
- Work towards team leadership in 2025
