  • Provide high quality professional recruitment services to match the needs of your clients and candidates.
  • Strive to be the best by driving new business & encouraging repeat business.
  • Provided a service level second to none that will see candidates become your clients and vice versa.
  • Autonomy to run your own desk as a thriving and lucrative business.

about you

You will have...

  • A desire to have complete control over your earning potential
  • Previous IT/Engineering/Construction (or equivalent) Recruitment experience gained within a fast paced agency environment
  • Proven billings/success in achieving financial targets
  • Demonstrated ability to hunt new business and develop long term relationships
  • Experience of establishing key clients and target client plans
  • Motivated, resilient, competitive and fun!
  • Skilful negotiation skills
  • Results orientated
