We are now looking to continue our growth and expand across the APAC region and with that in mind, we need the help of tip top Operations Administrator to join our vibrant team in Sydney. You will also be working closely with the teams in Hong Kong and UK for any Global projects that take place.

This role is imperative for the smooth running of all of our contractors, so an individual who is meticulous, yet communicative, incredibly organised and able to handle a fast paced environment, then this could be the perfect role for you!


  • Liaison with all Contractors throughout APAC
  • Provide essential welcome/starter information before any Contractors go on site
  • Write, send and chase all contract placements, extensions and compliance documents
  • Prepare weekly and monthly contractor payroll
  • Chase timesheets approvals and invoices
  • Coordinate, organise and create contracts
  • Ensure compliance throughout the process – correct documentation, working rights, visas etc
  • Support the Sales team with administrative support
  • Maintain and update company database
  • Work with the Global team to prepare reports and presentations with statistical data as assigned
  • Invoice administration – creation of invoices, calculating commissions and credit notes.


  • A proven track record as an Operations / Sales and /Or Team Administrator
  • Experience from within a recruitment environment is highly desirable though not essential
  • Outstanding ability coordinate and multi-task a variety of administrative functions
  • Strong MS Office skills, in particular Word and Excel are essential to the role
  • Fast and accurate data entry ability
  • Adaptive attitude to an ever changing and demanding environment
  • Able to work well under pressure
  • Meticulous, accurate and timely
  • Energy, enthusiasm and a team working outlook are essential to this role
