We’ve got to that point now in Sydney where we have outgrown our offices and have moved into sparkly new funky ones in the heart of Barangaroo. We are now on the hunt for driven and ambitious Business Development Managers with bundles of hunger to deliver and sell our talent solutions offerings to a wealth of clientele including SME’s, Start Ups and PSA’s.

Responsibilities:

  • Initiate, conduct and meet with clients to identify and discuss critical business needs and requirements
  • Offer consultative advice and deliver solutions according to their requirements
  • Research and fully immerse yourself into selling the brand and bringing opportunities back for the business
  • Lead generate to create a pipeline of new business opportunities

You Will Have:

  • At least 2-5 years demonstrated business development and solution sales experience
  • Proven track record for understanding and meeting a diverse range of clientele
  • Experience of working in a target led environment
  • Motivated, resilient and competitive – a hunger to be the best!
  • Strong communication and good listening skills
  • Experience in developing 
  • Australian/NZ Citizenship, Permanent Residency, De-facto partner visa – no restrictions to working full time in Australia
