You will be trained together as a cohort, by our award-winning training team, as well as learning from our top employees from across the business; forming strong bonds with your colleagues across the regions and really feeling part of a global company.

The goal of _nology is to fix the skills and diversity gap within technology by giving people from under-represented backgrounds the opportunity to gain digital skills and finding them their first role in technology.
To give our employees a huge differentiator, all trainees on our course will have access to our “introduction to technology” training. Meaning you could also learn the basics of agile, coding and programming – giving you the ability to talk confidently and with knowledge to both candidates and clients, and to truly understand the sector you are selling into. This is totally optional, and you can take as many or as few of these modules as you like,

You will join Opus’s award-winning training programme to understand the recruitment and technology industry over four intensive weeks
You’ll receive training on all elements of the recruitment process, from candidate management to client relationships, sales and negotiation training
You will have optional access to _nology’s proprietary tech training to upskill you in the basics of technology 101 – a key life skills in 2021!
You will receive cross-team buddy mentoring sessions, video-based learning, and on the desk support from the day you start.
Once integrated into your new team you will continue on The Opus Evolve, Explore, Excel programme. This bespoke programme is tailored for you throughout your Opus Career.

Uncapped commission, based entirely on performance. Expected first year earnings of £30k-£45k. Second year earnings range anywhere from £40k-£100k+ for top performers.
