We are currently hiring an Associate Consultant Trainer at _nology, this is an integral role for us as you will be guiding and mentoring our students as they embark on their journey to become proficient software developers. Your expertise and passion for technology will contribute to creating a dynamic learning environment, empowering individuals to achieve their full potential.
Responsibilities
Mentorship and Guidance:
- Provide one-on-one mentorship to students, offering guidance on technical concepts, problem-solving, and career development.
- Foster a supportive and collaborative learning environment, ensuring students feel encouraged and motivated to excel.
Curriculum Enhancement:
- Collaborate with the team to enhance and update course materials based on industry trends and feedback from students.
- Bring real-world industry experiences into the curriculum to provide practical insights.
Technical Instruction:
- Lead interactive workshops, code reviews, and group discussions to reinforce coding principles and best practices.
- Deliver engaging lessons using our curriculum on various software development topics, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of programming languages, frameworks, and tools.
Project Support:
- Assist students in applying theoretical knowledge to practical projects, guiding them through the entire development lifecycle.
- Provide constructive feedback on coding projects, helping students improve their coding skills and project execution.
Professional Development:
- Support students in building a strong portfolio, preparing for technical interviews, and developing effective communication skills.
- Share industry insights and help students understand the broader context of software development, including Agile methodologies, version control, and collaboration tools.
Continuous Learning:
- Stay up to speed with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in software development.
Feedback and Evaluation:
- Provide constructive feedback to students on their progress, helping them identify tailored areas for improvement and growth.
- Collaborate with the training team to assess the effectiveness of the coaching program and contribute to its ongoing refinement.
You will need:
- Excellent written and verbal Communication
- Strong time Management
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Technical Experience in HTML/CSS, Javascript, Typescript, React
