Our L&D team has been set up to deliver strategic L&D initiatives (development programmes that address group skills gaps and future needs) and tactical L&D initiatives (working with individuals to improve sales skills day to day) As a result of substantial growth of our Sydney team, we are looking for an inspiring, motivated and focused Sales Performance Coach to join our L&D team and support our fantastic team.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBLITIES

  • Provide in depth sales performance analysis on our CRM and our Business Analysis tools to identify areas for improvement
  • Set clear learning objectives, KPI targets, or outcomes to demonstrate the quality and improved performance following your intervention, and recording improvements and data in our team trackers
  • Establish wider training needs through observation of sales calls, reviewing sales materials including emails and client/candidate information
  • One to one coaching individuals with new trainees, high potential or underperforming employees at their desk or over video conference
  • Deliver concise sales activity focused reports to management around the success of your coaching interventions
  • Deliver classroom-based sessions to support onboarding activities and systems training
  • Identify trends/patterns from coaching data to make informed decisions about further training needs across the wider population of consultants.
  • Co-ordinate with management to help identify areas of improvement and advise them of further support that may be needed
  • Deliver LNAs and one on one coaching with new senior hires to get them up and running as quickly as possible

YOU WILL HAVE

  • 360 recruitment experience, either contract or perm focused, but ideally with a good understanding of both
  • Knowledge and expertise of improving the performance or skill level of others at all levels of experience
  • Coaching expertise and a way of communicating with people at all levels that is sensitive to what can sometimes be challenging situations, but also direct when required
  • A systems and data enthusiast; this role will benefit from someone wanting to understand the systems we use, and the data and indicators we can get from them
  • A desire to work in L&D and expand their L&D knowledge beyond training and coaching delivery
